We had an incredible lineup of speakers discussing key and relevant topics across FinTech and climate tech, with conversations spanning the path to exits in African FinTech, the emergence of stablecoins, equity versus debt financing for climate startups, and the rise of electric vehicles

Startup Pitch
Over the two-day summit, more than 15 startups in the FinTech and Climate Tech sectors pitched their ventures. The lineup was highly impressive, with each startup bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the space.

Awards included Best Pre-Seed and Seed Track for early-stage startups, Most Promising Startup, and Most Attractive Investors.
Best Pre-seed Track
Congratulations to Invest Farm, founded by Moses Liech, and ReWaste, founded by Victor Henu, for winning the Best Pre-Seed Track at the AfricArena Nairobi Summit 2026. Both startups stood out for their strong vision and early-stage execution, addressing key challenges through innovative and scalable solutions.
Best Seed Track
The Best Seed Track prize was awarded to Ndovu, founded by Radhika Bhachu, and Ecosafi, co-founded by Jordyan Woodley, at this edition of the summit. Both startups stood out in a highly competitive lineup of early-stage FinTech and Climate Tech ventures, demonstrating clear vision and strong execution in their solutions.
