​​Key Responsibilities

 

1. Content Creation & Management

  • Develop and schedule engaging posts across social media platforms.

  • Design graphics for newsletters, blog posts, announcements, partnerships, and career opportunities.

  • Create promotional visuals for Summits and VC unconferences in multiple countries.

  • Proactively brainstorm and produce engaging content with creative captions that resonate with our audience

2. Community Engagement & Growth

  • Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster meaningful connections.

  • Monitor social media trends and leverage them to enhance engagement.

  • Support influencer and partnership collaborations.

3. Campaign Support & Co-Marketing Opportunities

  •  Research potential collaboration partners and coordinate outreach.

  • Create and manage collaborative content with partners.

  • Promote joint campaigns across social media channels.

  • Track campaign performance and suggest optimizations for future initiatives.

 

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key social media metrics.

  • Deliver a monthly Social Media Analytics Report with insights and recommendations.

  • Optimize content strategies based on engagement and performance data.

5. Paid & Organic Social Media Strategy

  •  Assist with paid social media campaigns, ensuring targeted reach and ROI.

  • Stay up to date with best practices for organic reach and engagement growth.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

●       Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Metrical, Google Analytics)

●       Strong graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and a creative eye for visual content.

●       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●       Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.

●       Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute creative ideas.

●       Familiarity with social media advertising and trends.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

●       Some experience in digital marketing, communications, or public relations.

●       Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.

●       Previous experience managing social media for a brand.
